Sunan Abi Dawud, 4565

Rapporté par 'Amr b. Suh'aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père رضي الله عنهم : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Le prix du sang pour ce qui ressemble à un meurtre intentionnel doit être aussi sévère que pour un meurtre intentionnel, mais l’auteur ne doit pas être tué. » Khalid nous a donné des informations supplémentaires d’après Ibn Rashid : Cela (meurtre involontaire qui ressemble à un meurtre intentionnel) signifie que Satan sème la discorde entre les gens et que le sang est versé sans intention ni arme

Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Blood-wit for what resembles intentional murder is to be made as severe as that for intentional murder, but the culprit is not to be killed. Khalid gave us some additional information on the authority of Ibn Rashid: That (unintentional murder which resembles intentional murder) means that Satan jumps among the people and then the blood is shed blindly without any malice and weapon
