حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ أَثَلاَثٌ ثَلاَثٌ وَثَلاَثُونَ حِقَّةً وَثَلاَثٌ وَثَلاَثُونَ جَذَعَةً وَأَرْبَعٌ وَثَلاَثُونَ ثَنِيَّةً إِلَى بَازِلِ عَامِهَا كُلُّهَا خَلِفَةٌ .
Rapporté par 'Abd Allah (b. Mas'ud) رضي الله عنه : Le prix du sang pour un meurtre involontaire qui ressemble à un meurtre intentionnel est de vingt-cinq chamelles ayant commencé leur quatrième année, vingt-cinq chamelles ayant commencé leur cinquième année, vingt-cinq chamelles ayant commencé leur troisième année, et vingt-cinq chamelles ayant commencé leur deuxième annéeNarrated 'Abd Allah (b.
