Sunan Abi Dawud, 4426

Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه : Ma'iz ibn Malik vint voir le Prophète ﷺ et avoua avoir commis la fornication à deux reprises. Mais le Prophète ﷺ le repoussa. Il revint et avoua encore deux fois. Le Prophète ﷺ le repoussa de nouveau. Il revint une troisième fois et avoua deux fois. Le Prophète ﷺ lui dit alors : « Tu t’es accusé toi-même à quatre reprises. Emmenez-le et lapidez-le à mort. »

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: Ma'iz ibn Malik came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and admitted fornication twice. But he drove him away. He then came and admitted fornication twice. But he drove him away. He then came and admitted fornication twice. He (the Prophet) said: You have testified to yourself four times. Take him away and stone him to death
