حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَجْلاَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَّا قَطَعَ الَّذِينَ سَرَقُوا لِقَاحَهُ وَسَمَلَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ بِالنَّارِ عَاتَبَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى فِي ذَلِكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى { إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَنْ يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا } الآيَةَ .
Rapporté par AbuzZinad : Lorsque le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a fait couper les mains et les pieds de ceux qui avaient volé ses chamelles et leur a fait crever les yeux avec des clous chauffés, Allah l’a réprimandé à ce sujet, et Allah, le Très-Haut, a révélé : « Le châtiment de ceux qui font la guerre à Allah et à Son Messager et s’efforcent de semer la corruption sur la terre, c’est l’exécution ou la crucifixion… »Narrated AbuzZinad: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cut off (the hands and feet of) those who had stolen his camels and he had their eyes put out by fire (heated nails), Allah reprimanded him on that (action), and Allah, the Exalted, revealed: "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Apostle and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is execution or crucifixionDegrés donnés par les savants
