حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، - قَالَ أَحْمَدُ قَالَ - حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا كَرِهَ الاِثْنَانِ الْيَمِينَ أَوِ اسْتَحَبَّاهَا فَلْيَسْتَهِمَا عَلَيْهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ سَلَمَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ وَقَالَ إِذَا أُكْرِهَ الاِثْنَانِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ ‏.‏

Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Le Saint Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Quand deux hommes refusent ou acceptent de prêter serment, on tirera au sort pour le serment. » Salamah a rapporté de la part de Ma’mar : « Quand les deux sont obligés de prêter serment. »
