حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ جَنُوبٍ بِنْتُ نُمَيْلَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّهَا، سُوَيْدَةَ بِنْتِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أُمِّهَا، عَقِيلَةَ بِنْتِ أَسْمَرَ بْنِ مُضَرِّسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهَا، أَسْمَرَ بْنِ مُضَرِّسٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَبَايَعْتُهُ فَقَالَ " مَنْ سَبَقَ إِلَى مَاءٍ لَمْ يَسْبِقْهُ إِلَيْهِ مُسْلِمٌ فَهُوَ لَهُ " . قَالَ فَخَرَجَ النَّاسُ يَتَعَادَوْنَ يَتَخَاطُّونَ .
Rapporté par Asmar ibn Mudarris رضي الله عنه : Je suis venu voir le Prophète ﷺ et j’ai prêté serment d’allégeance. Il a dit : « Si quelqu’un arrive à un point d’eau où aucun musulman n’est encore allé, cela lui appartient. » Les gens sont donc sortis en courant pour marquer des terresNarrated Asmar ibn Mudarris: I came to the Prophet (ﷺ), and took the oath of allegiance to him. He said: If anyone reaches a water which has not been approached before by any Muslim, it belongs to him.
