Sunan Abi Dawud, 3066

Rapporté par Abyad ibn Hammal رضي الله عنه : Il a demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ de lui donner une terre où poussaient des arbres d’arak. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de permission pour protéger une terre où poussent des arbres d’arak. » Il a dit : Ces arbres d’arak sont à l’intérieur de ma propriété. Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Il n’y a pas de permission pour protéger une terre où poussent des arbres d’arak. » Le narrateur Faraj a précisé : Par « à l’intérieur de ma propriété », il voulait dire une terre cultivée entourée de tous côtés

Narrated Abyad ibn Hammal: He asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for giving him some land which had arak trees growing in it. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: There is no (permission for) protecting a land which has arak trees growing in it. He said: These arak trees are within the boundaries of my field. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no (permission for) protecting a land which has arak trees growing in it. The narrator Faraj said: By the phrase 'within the boundaries of my field' he meant the land which had crop growing in it and was surrounded on four sides
