Sunan Abi Dawud, 2855

Rapporté par Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani : J’ai dit : « Messager d’Allah, je chasse avec mon chien dressé et avec mon chien non dressé. » Il a dit : « Pour ce que tu attrapes avec ton chien dressé, mentionne le nom d’Allah et mange ; pour ce que tu attrapes avec ton chien non dressé, si tu le trouves vivant et que tu peux l’égorger, alors mange-le. »

Narrated Abu Taa'labat b. al-Khushani:I said: Messenger of Allah, I hunt with my trained dog, and with my untrained dog? He said: 'What you hunt with your trained dog, mention Allah's names (on it) and eat; and what you hunt with your untrained dog, and you find in a position that you slaughter it, then eat
