Sunan Abi Dawud, 2452

Rapporté par Umm Salamah, la mère des croyants رضي الله عنها : Hunaydah al-Khuza'i rapporte d’après sa mère : Je suis entrée chez Umm Salamah et je lui ai demandé au sujet du jeûne. Elle a dit : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’ordonnait de jeûner trois jours chaque mois, en commençant par le lundi ou le jeudi

Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin: Hunaydah al-Khuza'i reported on the authority of her mother who said: I entered upon Umm Salamah and asked her about fasting. She said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to command me to fast three days every month beginning with Monday or Thursday
