حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ " .
Rapporté par ‘Uqbah bin ‘Amir رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « La condition la plus digne d’être respectée par vous est celle par laquelle vous avez rendu licites les parties intimes (de votre épouse). »‘Uqbah bin ‘Amir reported the Apostle of Allaah (ﷺ) as saying “The condition worthier to be fulfilled by you is the one by which you made the private parts (of your wife) lawful (for you)Degrés donnés par les savants
