Sunan Abi Dawud, 178

Rapporté par Aisha, la mère des croyants رضي الله عنها : Le Prophète ﷺ m’a embrassée et n’a pas refait ses ablutions. Abu Dawud a dit : Ce récit est Mursal (c’est-à-dire que le lien avec les compagnons manque et que le Successeur rapporte directement du Prophète). Ibrahim at-Taimi n’a rien entendu de ‘Aishah. Abu Dawud a dit : Al-Firyabi et d’autres ont rapporté ce récit de la même manière

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Prophet (ﷺ) kissed me and did not perform ablution. Abu Dawud said: This tradition is Mursal (i.e. where the link of the Companions is missing and the Successor reports from the Prophet directly). Ibrahim at-Taimi did not hear anything from 'Aishah. Abu Dawud said: Al-Firyabi and other narrated this tradition in a like manner
