Sunan Abi Dawud, 1425

Rapporté par Al-Hasan ibn Ali : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ m’a appris des paroles à dire pendant le witr. (La version d’Ibn Jawwas précise : Je les dis dans l’invocation du witr.) Elles étaient : « Ô Allah, guide-moi parmi ceux que Tu as guidés, accorde-moi la sécurité parmi ceux à qui Tu l’as accordée, prends-moi sous Ta protection parmi ceux que Tu protèges, bénis ce que Tu m’as donné, protège-moi du mal de ce que Tu as décrété, car c’est Toi qui décrètes, et rien n’est décrété contre Toi. Celui que Tu protèges n’est jamais humilié. Béni et Exalté sois-Tu, notre Seigneur. »

Narrated Al-Hasan ibn Ali: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught me some words that I say during the witr. (The version of Ibn Jawwas has: I say them in the supplication of the witr.) They were: "O Allah, guide me among those Thou hast guided, grant me security among those Thou hast granted security, take me into Thy charge among those Thou hast taken into Thy charge, bless me in what Thou hast given, guard me from the evil of what Thou hast decreed, for Thou dost decree, and nothing is decreed for Thee. He whom Thou befriendest is not humbled. Blessed and Exalted art Thou, our Lord
