Sunan Abi Dawud, 1113

Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-‘As : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Trois types de personnes assistent à la prière du vendredi : l’une y est présente de façon distraite et c’est tout ce qu’elle en retire ; une autre vient avec une demande, Allah peut exaucer ou refuser sa demande comme Il le veut ; une autre est présente en silence et calmement, sans marcher sur un musulman ni déranger qui que ce soit, et cela efface ses péchés jusqu’au vendredi suivant et trois jours de plus, car Allah, le Très-Haut, dit : “Celui qui fait une bonne action en aura dix fois la récompense.” (6) »

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Three types of people attend Friday prayer; One is present in a frivolous way and that is all he gets from it; another comes with a supplication, Allah may grant or refuse his request as He wishes; another is present silently and quietly with-out stepping over a Muslim or annoying anyone, and that is an atonement for his sins till the next Friday and three days more, the reason being that Allah, the Exalted, says: "He who does a good deed will have ten times as much" (vi)
