The Book of the Commencement of the Prayer

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمِقْسَمِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ذَرٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَجَدَ فِي ‏{‏ ص ‏}‏ وَقَالَ ‏ "‏ سَجَدَهَا دَاوُدُ تَوْبَةً وَنَسْجُدُهَا شُكْرًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that:The Prophet (ﷺ) prostrated in Sad and said: "Dawud did this prostration in repentance and we do it in thanksgiving

Rapporté par Ibn Abbas : Le Prophète (ﷺ) s'est prosterné dans la sourate Sad et a dit : "Dawud a fait cette prosternation en guise de repentir et nous la faisons en remerciement
