Sunan an-Nasa'i, 5308

It was narrated that 'Ali Al-Bariqi said:"A woman came to me to ask a question, and I said to her: 'There is Ibn 'Umar.' So she went after him to ask him, and I went after her to hear what he would say. She said: 'Tell me about silk.' He said: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade it

Rapporté par 'Ali Al-Bariqi : Une femme est venue me poser une question, et je lui ai dit : « Il y a Ibn 'Umar. » Elle est donc allée le voir pour l'interroger, et je l'ai suivie pour entendre sa réponse. Elle lui a dit : « Parle-moi de la soie. » Il a répondu : « Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ l'a interdite. »
