Sunan an-Nasa'i, 5003

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that:The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. If they bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, they turn to face the same Qiblah as us, they eat our slaughtered animals, and they pray as we pray; then their blood and their wealth are forbidden to us, except for a right that is due, and they have the same rights and duties as the Muslims

Rapporté par Anas bin Malik : Le Messager d'Allah [SAW] a dit : "J'ai reçu l'ordre de combattre les gens jusqu'à ce qu'ils témoignent qu'il n'y a de divinité digne d'adoration qu'Allah et que Muhammad est le Messager d'Allah. S'ils témoignent qu'il n'y a de divinité digne d'adoration qu'Allah et que Muhammad est le Messager d'Allah, s'ils se tournent vers la même qiblah que nous, mangent de nos animaux abattus et prient comme nous, alors leur sang et leurs biens nous sont interdits, sauf pour un droit dû, et ils ont les mêmes droits et devoirs que les musulmans
