The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said:"The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off

Rapporté par Jabir : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « On ne coupe pas la main du chapardeur. »
