Sahih (authentic)by Al-Albani
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:the Prophet of Allah ruled that the Diyah for a Mukatab should be (equivalent) to the Diyah for a free man, proportionate to the amount he had paid off (toward buying his freedom)Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Le Prophète d'Allah a jugé que la Diyah pour un Mukatab devait être équivalente à celle d'un homme libre, en fonction de la part de sa liberté qu'il avait déjà payéeGrades given by scholars
