أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حِصْنٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حِصْنٌ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ وَعَلَى الْمُقْتَتِلِينَ أَنْ يَنْحَجِزُوا الأَوَّلَ فَالأَوَّلَ وَإِنْ كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said:"And it is upon those (relatives) of the killed one to block (any punishment) the first (in line) then the first, even if that one is a woman

Rapporté par 'Aishah رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ce sont les proches de la victime qui doivent empêcher toute punition, d’abord le plus proche, puis le suivant, même si c’est une femme. »
