أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ وَعَنِ الْحَبَالَى أَنْ يُوطَأْنَ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ وَعَنْ لَحْمِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ ‏.‏

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"The Messenger of Allah forbade selling something from the spoils of war prior to its distribution, having intercourse with a pregnant woman until she gives birth, and (eating) the flesh of any predator that has fangs

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : "Le Messager d'Allah a interdit de vendre quelque chose du butin de guerre avant sa distribution, d'avoir des rapports avec une femme enceinte avant qu'elle n'accouche, et de manger la chair de tout prédateur ayant des crocs
