أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ السَّلَفُ فِي حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ رِبًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Propher said:"Paying in advance for the offspring of the offspring of a pregnant animal (Habal al-Habalah) is Riba

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas : Le Prophète a dit : "Payer à l'avance pour la descendance de la descendance d'un animal enceinte (Habal al-Habalah) est du riba
