Sunan an-Nasa'i, 4479

It was narrated from Shu'ban who said:"Abdullah bin Dinr narrated to us, from Ibn'Umar, who said; The Messenger of Allah said; "When two people meet to engage in trade, the transaction between them is not binding until they separate, unless they have chosen to conclude the transaction

Rapporté par Shu‘ban qui a dit : ‘Abdullah bin Dinar nous a rapporté, de Ibn ‘Umar, qui a dit : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Quand deux personnes se rencontrent pour commercer, la transaction n’est pas définitive tant qu’elles ne se sont pas séparées, sauf si elles ont décidé de conclure la transaction. »
