Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3744

Al-Laith narrated from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman, from Jabir, who said:"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever gives a life-long gift to a man, it belongs to him and to his heirs; his words (when he gave the gift) put an end to his rights over it, and it belongs to the one to whom it was given on the basis of 'Umra, and to his heirs

Rapporté par Al-Laith, d'après Ibn Shihab, d'après Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman, de Jabir, qui a dit : "J'ai entendu le Messager d'Allah ﷺ dire : 'Celui qui fait un don à vie à un homme, cela lui appartient ainsi qu'à ses héritiers ; ses paroles (lorsqu'il a fait le don) mettent fin à ses droits sur ce bien, et cela appartient à celui à qui il a été donné selon l''Umra, ainsi qu'à ses héritiers
