The Book of ar-Ruqba

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tawus say:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate

Rapporté par Hanzalah : Il a entendu Tawus dire : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « La Ruqba n'est pas permise. Celui à qui on donne quelque chose sous forme de Ruqba, cela fait partie de son héritage. »
