Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3709

Zaid narrated from Abu Az-Zubair, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said:"Do not give away your property on the basis of Ruqba, for whoever gives a gift on that basis, it belongs to the one to whom he gave it

Rapporté par Zaid, d'Abu Az-Zubair, de Tawus, d'Ibn 'Abbas : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ne donnez pas vos biens sous forme de Ruqba, car celui qui fait un cadeau de cette manière, cela appartient à celui à qui il l'a donné. »
