Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3546

It was narrated from Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman that Fatimah bint Qais told him that she was married to Abu 'Amr bin Hafs bin Al-Mughirah, who divorced her by giving her the last of three divorces. Fatimah said that she came to the Messenger of Allah and consulted him about leaving her house. He told her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man. Rapporté par Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman : Fatimah bint Qais lui a dit qu’elle était mariée à Abu 'Amr bin Hafs bin Al-Mughirah, qui l’a divorcée en lui donnant le dernier des trois divorces. Fatimah a dit qu’elle est venue consulter le Messager d’Allah ﷺ au sujet de quitter sa maison. Il lui a dit d’aller dans la maison d’Ibn Umm Maktum, l’aveugle. Marwan a refusé de croire Fatimah concernant le fait qu’une femme divorcée pouvait quitter sa maison. 'Urwah a dit : « Aïcha a critiqué Fatimah à ce sujet. »
