أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَعْيَنَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، وَمَسْرُوقٍ، وَعَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ سُورَةَ النِّسَاءِ الْقُصْرَى، نَزَلَتْ بَعْدَ الْبَقَرَةِ ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Abdullah that the shorter Surah, that speaks of women (At-Talaq), was revealed after Al-Baqarah
