أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي لاَ تَمْنَعُ يَدَ لاَمِسٍ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ غَرِّبْهَا إِنْ شِئْتَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ تَتَّبِعَهَا نَفْسِي ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ اسْتَمْتِعْ بِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:"A man came to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'My wife does not object if anyone touches her.' He said: 'Divorce her if you wish.' He said: 'I am afraid that I will miss her.' He said: 'Then stay with her as much as you need to

Rapporté par Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنه : Un homme est venu voir le Messager d'Allah ﷺ et a dit : "Ma femme ne s'oppose pas si quelqu'un la touche." Il dit : "Divorce-la si tu veux." L'homme répondit : "J'ai peur de ne plus pouvoir me passer d'elle." Le Prophète ﷺ dit : "Alors reste avec elle autant que tu en as besoin
