Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3362

It was narrated from An-Nu'man bin Bashir that the Messenger of Allah said, concerning a man who had intercourse with his wife's slave woman:"If she let him do that, I will flog him with one hundred stripes, and if she did not let him do that, I will stone him (to death)

Rapporté par An-Nu’man bin Bashir : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit, à propos d’un homme qui a eu des rapports avec la servante de sa femme : « Si elle l’a laissé faire, je le fouetterai de cent coups de fouet ; si elle ne l’a pas laissé faire, je le lapiderai (jusqu’à la mort). »
