Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3313

It was narrated from 'Amrah that 'Aishah told her that the Messenger of Allah was with her, and she heard a man asking permission to enter Hafsah's house. 'Aishah said:"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, there is a man asking permission to enter your house.' The Messenger of Allah said: 'I think it is so-and-so the paternal uncle of Hafsah through breast-feeding.' 'Aishah said: If so-and-so (her own paternal uncle through breast-feeding) were alive, would he be allowed to enter upon me?' The Messenger of Allah said: 'What becomes unlawful (for marriage) through breast-feeding is that which becomes unlawful through birth

Rapporté par 'Amrah : 'Aishah lui a raconté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ était avec elle, et elle a entendu un homme demander la permission d’entrer chez Hafsah. 'Aishah a dit : « J’ai dit : Ô Messager d’Allah, un homme demande la permission d’entrer chez toi. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Je pense que c’est un tel, l’oncle paternel de Hafsah par l’allaitement. » 'Aishah a dit : « Si un tel (mon propre oncle paternel par l’allaitement) était vivant, pourrait-il entrer chez moi ? » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ce qui rend interdit (au mariage) à cause de l’allaitement est identique à ce qui est interdit à cause de la naissance. »
