أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ اسْتَأْمِرُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَبْضَاعِهِنَّ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قِيلَ فَإِنَّ الْبِكْرَ تَسْتَحِي وَتَسْكُتُ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ هُوَ إِذْنُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet said:"Seek the permission of women with regard to marriage." It was said: "What if a virgin is too shy and remains silent?" He said: "That is her permission

Rapporté par 'Aishah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : "Demandez l’accord des femmes pour le mariage." On a dit : "Et si une vierge est trop timide et reste silencieuse ?" Il a répondu : "Son silence, c’est son accord
