Sunan an-Nasa'i, 3217

Narrated Anas:It was narrated from Anas that there was a group of the Companions of the Prophet, one of whom said: "I will not marry women." Another said: "I will not eat meat." Another said: "I will not sleep on a bed." Another said: "I will fast and not break my fast." News of that reached the Messenger of Allah and he praised Allah then said: "What is the matter with people who say such and such? But I pray and I sleep, I fast and I break my fast, and I marry women. Whoever turns away from my Sunnah is not of me

Rapporté par Anas : Il a été rapporté de Anas qu'il y avait un groupe de Compagnons du Prophète ﷺ, dont l'un a dit : "Je ne me marierai pas avec des femmes." Un autre a dit : "Je ne mangerai pas de viande." Un autre a dit : "Je ne dormirai pas sur un lit." Un autre a dit : "Je jeûnerai sans jamais rompre mon jeûne." Le Messager d'Allah a entendu parler de cela, il a loué Allah puis a dit : "Qu'ont donc ces gens à dire de telles choses ? Pourtant moi, je prie et je dors, je jeûne et je romps mon jeûne, et je me marie avec des femmes. Celui qui se détourne de ma tradition n'est pas des miens
