أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:"The injuries caused by the best are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz

Rapporté par Abu Hurairah : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : "Les blessures causées par les bêtes ne donnent pas lieu à responsabilité, les puits non plus, les mines non plus, et le Khumus est dû sur le Rikaz
