Sunan an-Nasa'i, 2457

It was narrated that Suwaid bin Ghafalah said:"The Zakah collector of the prophet came to us, and I went to him, sat with him, and heard him say: In my contract it says that we should not take any sucking young, nor combine what is separate, nor separate what is combined.' A man brought a she-camel with a big hump to him and said: 'Take it, but he refused." (Daif)

Rapporté par Suwaid ibn Ghafalah : Le collecteur de Zakah du Prophète est venu chez nous. Je suis allé le voir, je me suis assis avec lui et je l’ai entendu dire : "Dans mon contrat, il est écrit que nous ne devons prendre aucun petit qui tète, ni regrouper ce qui est séparé, ni séparer ce qui est réuni." Un homme lui a amené une chamelle avec une grande bosse et a dit : "Prends-la", mais il a refusé. (Daif)
