Sunan an-Nasa'i, 2281

It was narrated from Hani bin 'Abdullah bin Shikhkhir that his father said:"I was traveling and I came to the Prophet when he was eating and I was fasting. He said: 'Come and eat.' I said: 'I am fasting.' He said: 'Do you know what Allah has waived for the traveler?' he said: 'Do you know what Allah has waived for the traveler?' I said: 'What has Allah waived for the traveler?' He said: 'Fasting and half of the prayer

Rapporté par Hani bin 'Abdullah bin Shikhkhir que son père a dit : "J’étais en voyage et je suis venu voir le Prophète ﷺ alors qu’il mangeait et que je jeûnais. Il a dit : 'Viens et mange.' J’ai dit : 'Je jeûne.' Il a dit : 'Sais-tu ce qu’Allah a accordé comme dispense au voyageur ?' Il a répété : 'Sais-tu ce qu’Allah a accordé au voyageur ?' J’ai demandé : 'Qu’a accordé Allah au voyageur ?' Il a répondu : 'Le jeûne et la moitié de la prière
