Sunan an-Nasa'i, 1583

It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said:"I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) delivering the Khutbah standing up, then he sat down for a while and did not speak, then he stood up and delivered another Khutbah. Whoever tells you that the Prophet (ﷺ) delivered a Khutbah sitting do not believe him

Rapporté par Jabir bin Samurah : J’ai vu le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) faire le sermon debout, puis il s’est assis un moment sans parler, puis il s’est relevé et a fait un autre sermon. Si quelqu’un vous dit que le Prophète (ﷺ) a fait un sermon assis, ne le croyez pas
