Sahih Muslim, 873

Mutarrif reported:I and 'Imran b. Husain said prayer behind 'Ali b. Abu, Talib. He recited takbir when he prostrated, and he recited takbir when he raised his head and he recited takbir while rising up (from the sitting position at the end of two rak'ahs). When we had finished our prayer, 'Imran caught hold of my hand and said: He (Hadrat Ali) has led prayer like Muhammad (ﷺ) or he said: He in fact recalled to my mind the prayer of Muhammad (may peace be upon him)

Rapporté par Mutarrif : Moi et ‘Imran ibn Husain avons prié derrière Ali ibn Abi Talib. Il prononçait le takbir en se prosternant, en se relevant de la prosternation, et en se levant après la position assise à la fin des deux unités de prière. Après la prière, ‘Imran a pris ma main et a dit : « Ali a prié comme Muhammad ﷺ », ou il a dit : « Il m’a rappelé la prière de Muhammad (que la paix soit sur lui). »
