Sahih Muslim, 7549

Bara' reported:When the Ansar performed the Pilgrimage, they did not enter their houses but from behind. A person from the Ansar came and he began to enter from his door but it was said to him (why he was doing something in contravention to the common practice of coming to the houses from behind). Then this verse was revealed." Piety is not that you come to the doors from behind" (ii)

Rapporté par Bara’ رضي الله عنه : Lorsque les Ansar faisaient le pèlerinage, ils n’entraient pas dans leurs maisons par la porte principale, mais par derrière. Un homme des Ansar est venu et a commencé à entrer par sa porte, mais on lui a dit (pourquoi il faisait différemment de la coutume d’entrer par derrière). C’est alors que ce verset a été révélé : « La piété ne consiste pas à entrer dans les maisons par derrière » (2 :)
