The Book of Virtue, Enjoining Good Manners, and Joining of the Ties of Kinship
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ، عُثْمَانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ بَيْنَمَا أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ، صلى الله عليه وسلم خَارِجَيْنِ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَقِينَا رَجُلاً عِنْدَ سُدَّةِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا " . قَالَ فَكَأَنَّ الرَّجُلَ اسْتَكَانَ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَبِيرَ صَلاَةٍ وَلاَ صِيَامٍ وَلاَ صَدَقَةٍ وَلَكِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ . قَالَ " فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ " .
Anas b. Malik reported:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and I were coming out of the mosque that we met a person on the threshold of the mosque and he said to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ): When would be the Last Hour? Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: What preparation have you made for that? The man became silent and then said: Allah's Messenger, I have made no significant preparation with prayer and fasting and charity but I, however, love Allah and His Messenger. Thereupon (the Holy Prophet) said: You would be along with one whom you loveRapporté par Anas b. Malik : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et moi sortions de la mosquée lorsque nous avons rencontré un homme sur le seuil. Il demanda au Messager d’Allah ﷺ : « Quand aura lieu la Dernière Heure ? » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ répondit : « Qu’as-tu préparé pour cela ? » L’homme resta silencieux, puis dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, je n’ai pas fait beaucoup de prières, de jeûnes ou d’aumônes, mais j’aime Allah et Son Messager. » Le Prophète ﷺ répondit : « Tu seras avec celui que tu aimes. »Grades given by scholars
