Sahih Muslim, 5714

A'isha reported that when any of the members of the household fell ill Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to blow over him by reciting Mu'awwidhatan, and when he suffered from illness of which he died I used to blow over him and rubbed his body with his hand for his hand had greater healing power than my hand

Rapporté par Aïsha رضي الله عنها : Quand un membre de la famille tombait malade, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ soufflait sur lui en récitant les deux sourates protectrices (Mu’awwidhatan). Et lorsqu’il fut atteint de la maladie dont il est décédé, je soufflais sur lui et je frottais son corps avec sa main, car sa main avait plus de bénédiction que la mienne
