Anas b. Malik reported that when Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) decided to write letters to the Byzantine (Emperor) they (his Companions) told him that they would not read a letter unless it is sealed. (Then) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had a silver ring made (for himself), (its shape is so vivid in my mind) as if I see its brightness in the band of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and its engravement was (Muhammad, Messenger of Allah)Rapporté par Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه : Lorsque le Messager d’Allah ﷺ décida d’écrire des lettres à l’Empereur byzantin, ses compagnons lui dirent qu’ils ne liraient pas une lettre sans sceau. Alors, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ fit fabriquer une bague en argent (je me souviens encore de son éclat sur la main du Messager d’Allah ﷺ), et il y avait gravé dessus : « Muhammad, Messager d’Allah »Grades given by scholars
