This hadith is reported on the authority of Laith b. Sa'd with the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight variation in wording (and that is that) he (the Holy Prophet) said:There is a day in a year when descends the pestilence; at the end of the hadith Laith said that the non Arabs save themselves from it in Kanun Awwal (this is the month of December)Rapporté par Laith ibn Sa’d رضي الله عنه : Ce hadith est rapporté par Laith ibn Sa’d avec la même chaîne de transmetteurs, mais avec une légère différence dans les mots : il a dit : « Il y a un jour dans l’année où la maladie descend. » À la fin du hadith, Laith a ajouté que les non-Arabes s’en protègent pendant Kanun Awwal (le mois de décembre)Grades given by scholars
