Sahih Muslim, 5156

Abu Qatada reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Do not prepare Nabidh by mixing nearly ripe and fresh dates and do not prepare Nabidh by mixing together fresh dates and grapes, but prepare Nabidh out of each (one of them) separately. Yahya stated that he had met 'Abdullah b. Abu Qatada and he narrated it on the authority of his father that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said this

Rapporté par Abu Qatada : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ne préparez pas le Nabidh en mélangeant des dattes presque mûres avec des dattes fraîches, ni en mélangeant des dattes fraîches avec des raisins. Préparez le Nabidh à partir de chacun séparément. » Yahya a précisé qu’il avait rencontré 'Abdullah b. Abu Qatada, qui a rapporté cela de son père, que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit cela
