حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying:Life grant is the heritage of one upon whom it is conferred

Rapporté par Jabir b. Abdullah (qu’Allah soit satisfait d’eux) : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Le don à vie devient l’héritage de celui à qui il a été accordé. »
