Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:He who has a partner in a dwelling or a garden, it is not lawful for him to sell that until he is permitted by his partner. If he (the partner) agrees, he should go in for that, and if he disapproves of that, he should abandon (the idea of selling it)Rapporté par Jabir ibn ‘Abdullah رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui a un associé dans une maison ou un jardin n’a pas le droit de vendre sans l’accord de son associé. S’il est d’accord, il peut acheter, et s’il refuse, il doit renoncer à vendre. »Grades given by scholars
