Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having forbidden Muzabana, and Muzabana implies the selling of dry dates for fresh dates on the tree with a definite measure (making it clear) that in case it increases, it belongs to me and if it is less, it is my responsibilityRapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنهما : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la muzabana, qui consiste à vendre des dattes sèches contre des dattes fraîches sur l’arbre avec une mesure précise, en précisant : « Si la quantité augmente, elle m’appartient, et si elle est moindre, c’est ma responsabilité. »Grades given by scholars
