وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ مَا لِفَاطِمَةَ خَيْرٌ أَنْ تَذْكُرَ هَذَا . قَالَ تَعْنِي قَوْلَهَا لاَ سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةَ .
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said:It is no good for Fatima to make mention of it, i. e. her statement:" There is no lodging and maintenance allowance (for the divorced women)Rapporté par 'Aïsha رضي الله عنها : Il n’y a rien de bon pour Fatima à en parler, c’est-à-dire sa déclaration : « Il n’y a ni logement ni pension pour les femmes divorcées. »Grades given by scholars
