Sahih Muslim, 3529

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was asked about a woman whom a man married and then divorced her, and then she married (another) person, and she was divorced before sexual intercourse with her, whether it was lawful for her first husband (to marry her in this state). He (the Holy Prophet) said:No, until he has tasted her sweetness

Rapporté par Aishah (la mère des croyants) رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a été interrogé au sujet d’une femme qui a été épousée puis divorcée par un homme, puis qui s’est remariée avec un autre, et qui a été divorcée avant qu’il n’y ait eu de rapport intime : est-ce que son premier mari peut la reprendre dans ce cas ? Le Prophète ﷺ a répondu : « Non, pas avant qu’il n’ait goûté sa douceur. »
