Abdullah, the freed slave of Asma' bint Abu Bakr (Allah be pleased with them), narrated that he used to hear Asma, ' whenever she passed by Hajun, saying (these words):" May there be peace and blessing of Allah upon His Messenger." We used to stay here along with him with light burdens. Few were our rides, and small were our provisions. I performed 'Umra and so did my sister 'A'isha, and Zubair and so and so. And as we touched the House (performed circumambulation and Sa'i) we put off Ihram, and then again put on Ihram in the afternoon for Hajj. Harun (one of the narrators) in one of the narrations said: The freed slave of Asma' and he did not mention 'Abdullah

Rapporté par Abdullah, l’affranchi d’Asma bint Abu Bakr رضي الله عنها : Il disait qu’il entendait Asma, chaque fois qu’elle passait par Hajun, dire : « Que la paix et la bénédiction d’Allah soient sur Son Messager. » Nous restions ici avec lui avec peu de bagages. Nous avions peu de montures et peu de provisions. J’ai accompli la ‘Umra, tout comme ma sœur Aïcha, Zubair et d’autres encore. Lorsque nous avons atteint la Maison (la Kaaba) et accompli la circumambulation et le Sa’i, nous sommes sortis de l’état d’Ihram, puis nous l’avons repris l’après-midi pour le Hajj. Harun (un des rapporteurs) a précisé dans une version : l’affranchi d’Asma, sans mentionner le nom d’Abdullah
