Sahih Muslim, 2887

Nubaih b. Wabb reported:We went with Aban b. Uthman (in a state of lhram). When we were at Malal the eyes of Umar b. Ubaidullah became sore and, when we reached Rauba' the pain grew intense. He (Nubaib b. Wahb) sent (one) to Aban b. Uthman to ask him (what to do). He sent him (the message) to apply aloes to them, for 'Uthman (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) applied aloes to the person whose eyes were sore and he was in the state of Ihram

Rapporté par Nubaih ibn Wahb : Nous sommes partis avec Aban ibn ‘Uthman en état d’Ihram. Arrivés à Malal, les yeux de ‘Umar ibn ‘Ubaidullah sont devenus douloureux, et à Rauba’, la douleur a empiré. Nubaih ibn Wahb a envoyé quelqu’un demander à Aban ibn ‘Uthman ce qu’il fallait faire. Il a répondu de lui appliquer de l’aloès, car ‘Uthman رضي الله عنه a rapporté que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ avait appliqué de l’aloès à une personne qui avait mal aux yeux alors qu’elle était en état d’Ihram
